"Our stay at the hotel was really, really great. Everything from the service level of ALL the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel, in general, to the quality of the food was top-notch. The hotel oozes of class. Even though it is a classy hotel, we felt very much welcome with our two small children (ages 4 and 1), given the attentiveness and caring nature of the staff. If I had to point out a flaw, it would be that one has to go and down through the 5th floor to get to/from the rooms...

"Beautiful hotel with fantastic service from the crew. To nitpick the breakfast was maybe not quite at the level of their european 5-star counterparts, and the light switches were not intuitive with the only way to shut the bedlights off was to turn off the main switch, which meant you could then not turn on the light in the bathroom."

"空気清浄機で館内の空気を綺麗に保っています。　アメニティも部屋もとっても清潔で良かったです！ ただ、地図上では表示されないのですが、この地区は朝5:30までほぼ全てのゲートが閉じられます。一つのゲートのみ空いているのでドライバーによっては迷子になり大幅に時間ロスします。夜間早朝便の乗り継ぎの際は利用が難しく感じました。"
