"Beautiful hotel with fantastic service from the crew. To nitpick the breakfast was maybe not quite at the level of their european 5-star counterparts, and the light switches were not intuitive with the only way to shut the bedlights off was to turn off the main switch, which meant you could then not turn on the light in the bathroom."

"Our stay at the hotel was really, really great. Everything from the service level of ALL the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel, in general, to the quality of the food was top-notch. The hotel oozes of class. Even though it is a classy hotel, we felt very much welcome with our two small children (ages 4 and 1), given the attentiveness and caring nature of the staff. If I had to point out a flaw, it would be that one has to go and down through the 5th floor to get to/from the rooms...

"We stayed here due to the closeness to the airport and the mall that sits next to it to do our last minutes purchases. Rooms and restaurants are good and staff is making you feel as if they only exist for you. Great experience. "
