"Lovely little guest house with the restaurant below it. The person at the checkout was welcoming and friendly, he brought my luggage up for me to my room which is really helpful because there's no lift, only stairs. Food was delicious (Asian-approved spiciness) and staff was nice. On the Sat evening when I was there , there had been a live band playing outside the restaurant area, they had a stage for live performances. Lovely atmosphere with good food and music. "This farm was one of the loveliest properties we have stayed at on our trip around England. A gorgeous property with healthy, happy, animals all around you. The linens smell heavenly and fresh and you can hear the spund of cows mooing. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of fresh options. The host is so friendly and considerate. "Accommodation was great, clean and newly refurbished with spacious room and good shared kitchen/laundry facilities. Shortage of forks/mugs however in kitchen. Good location near university with lots of nearby buses and train to centre. "Hope Orchard is absolutely fabulous! The rooms are set right next to a lovely garden with apple and walnut trees which even has seats, tables and a lovely swing chair. The rooms are so modern, perfectly decorated and super clean. They are very well equipped and have everything you need for your stay including a fridge and a microwave. The host is super nice and friendly and we will definitely return when we are next up this way. Highly recommended!"
