"The room was clean, but mold stains on the bathroom ceiling, hole in the bathroom door as if someone had punched it, musty damp room, food from a previous guest in the refrigerator and generally run down appearance were off-putting. It does appear they are renovating, though."

"Really enjoyed our room! Very spacious. The kids loved the pool and its access getting to the outdoor pool through the indoor pool, that was cool. My only issue was the bathrooms exhaust fan not working to help with the moisture during/ after a shower,"

"We stayed one night at this location. The room was really dirty. The floors had not been cleaned, the bathroom floor and bathtub had not been cleaned and the property in general was not maintained well at all. We were not expecting a luxury stay given the price but the uncleanliness was just unacceptable for any motel/hotel room no matter what it cost."

"Very close to Colonial Williamsburg (walking distance - great for a morning run with a historie backdrop). 1 min to visitor center. Quite a large hotel. Breakfast very basic, e.g. no scrambled eggs. "

"We checked in late, and the front desk staff was nice and accommodating. However, she could speak a little louder to make communication easier. 🙂 I would also suggest adding a soap holder in the shower, as our room did not have one."
