"I rarely would give a five star review, this property was so beautiful, beautiful welcoming, and extremely clean. My husband and I enjoyed breakfast every day with a beautiful view of the water & the staff were so friendly and accommodating for all of our needs. A+ for the luxurious towels and amenities. I hope our travels bring us back."

"Worse hotel Iv ever stayed in . Broken ac ,dirty bathrooms ,outdated rooms ,bloody sheets ,3 room moves, a very unprofessional management team spend your money else where this place is a joke. I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better ."

"This is a no frills, basic hotel room. Expedia has it listed as pet friendly, but it is not. Went up to the first room assigned to me and it was still occupied. Was given a second room and that one was not clean. Third room was acceptable. Inexpensive rates made this stay adequate. As a solo traveler who was only in the room to sleep, it met my basic need of a room."

"The staff allowed us to drop our luggage off before check-in so we could go off to do other things and that was nice. The mattress was fairly comfortable and the air conditioning worked fine. Otherwise it was an unpleasant experience. The room was dark and dingy. The furnishings were worn out…the easy chair had stained fabric, the bed sheet had a hole in it, and the handle on the folding door to the bath was missing. The TV produced a message stating that the streaming contract was expired so...

"Great place for families especially if you are visiting the theme parks. Large pool, arcade, bar, market for coffee and snacks and great nearby dinning."

"Very close to Colonial Williamsburg (walking distance - great for a morning run with a historie backdrop). 1 min to visitor center. Quite a large hotel. Breakfast very basic, e.g. no scrambled eggs. "

"First of all, after a 5 hour drive with two toddlers in bad weather, the room we got was NOT what we booked. I booked a suite with a pullout sofa bed. There were two double beds. I had to make a bed for my grandsons on the floor. I was told there were none of those rooms available (even though that’s what I paid for). They offered no other options, compensation or anything to accommodate making them a bed. Second, the 2nd floor hallway wreaked of pot. The carpets were nasty, ceiling tiles were...

"The hotel was okay. However, the property is a little dated. Also, I didn’t have a sitting chair in the room. Finally, and I have never experienced this before; but there were no cups in the room!"

"Room was not clean. Door and walls were dirty, air conditioning vent was very dirty. Phone in room did not work. TV did not work but they replaced that. Seems there was a lack of help to maintain the rooms"

"Room wasn’t clean even in the slightest. Nothing had been mopped or wiped down. The toilet and bathtub was still dirty and even had hair in it. The fire alarm was ripped off the wall at some point in time and the fridge was beyond disgusting. There was raw, rotting, chicken drums left in it for god knows how long and was leaking juices inside and outside of the fridge and stunk. It was so bad we had to leave the hotel and find a new place to stay at. Even the hallways smelt like dirty diapers....

"The people here are nice, but don't expect 5 star service, its just not that kind of place. Room was constantly damp and dank, the bathroom was rough (loud fan that was clearly broken, there was leaking water in multiple places), trash bags in the hallways leaning up against vents? Bugs in random places. I really don't like leaving bad reviews but this was not a place I'd return to without a lot of work being done to it, but I won't hold my breath."

"We had a few issues in the beginning of our stay, but they did get resolved on our last night. Some issues were cable not working, internet not connecting to devices, there was a telephone, but no hooks up so the phone didnt even work. The room was cleaned in a rush, there was a pretzel under the mattress.. & there was not spare toilet paper roll."
