Kroer i Woodstock

"Room was well decorated originally but is not well maintained- windows were dirty, corners dusty with cobwebs, bathroom floor not properly cleaned, cords missing on blinds so 2 out of 3 didn’t open, 2 of the lights didn’t work"

"This was a perfect country retreat and antidote to busy, crowded Oxford. The room was clean and spacious, with everything we needed. This is not a walk to the city - you will need a car or you will need to become very friendly with the excellent local bus system, but the exchange is an absolute charmer of a real traditional country inn and pub. My only complaint is that the morning coffee set-up was coffee in a bag, which was tasteless and gritty. A little Nespresso machine would go a long way...
