The in-unit laundry (full-size front-load washer and dryer) is conveniently located in the primary bedroom closet area.
The open-concept kitchen and dining area is a cook's delight, with quartz countertops, white cabinetry, a subway tile backsplash, and a 5-burner gas range with double oven. Two comfortable living room seating areas provide plenty of space for the whole group to spread out. Enjoy a movie night on the TV with Roku streaming and standard cable, or settle in with the collection of board games.
Upstairs, three more bedrooms await: a queen bedroom with soft gray-blue walls and original hardwood floors, a charming twin bedroom with a peaked vaulted ceiling (perfect for kids), and a queen suite with an exposed brick chimney wall, sitting area with its own TV, and en-suite bathroom.
Step outside to the composite back deck with the covered 6-burner propane grill, then wander to the fire pit clearing for evening s'mores surrounded by mature Vermont hardwoods.
Explore the property and feast on the blackberries in summer, raid the tomato garden in the late summer and early fall, and pick the wild fall apples for munching or baking. Kids will love the whimsical tree house on the property (seasonal, furniture is removed in winter for protection from the elements). Hair dryers are located in each of the 3 bathrooms.
