"Clean room, safe environments, front desk personnel very kind and helpful. The Mainland Restaurant got good verity of food. The restaurant do not serve breakfast only lunch and dinner. I'm very satisfied, for sure I will book again on my next trip to LBI."
"I’ve stayed here before and had a great experience. This time not so much. When checking in we asked for a cot for our room. For personal reasons. The gentleman at the front desk said that the hotel was full but he would try to get me one. When we came back to the room later a girl who worked the night shift said that the cot room was locked and if we wanted one we should have asked for it in the morning. The attitude received was horrible. Asked for blankets to make a makeshift bed and recieved...
"We paid for a double Queen room for the 4 of us and was given a double full room. Brought it to the front desk attention the next morning, as we were a late check-in the day before. And they stated they would look into it. but were left the next day for home. I am 6'-3" and 250lbs, and was not a comfortable night for me, my wife, or my (2) daughters."
