Hotel i Wongawilli, Wollongong

"The property appeared to be new or recently renovated, and overall, the room was spacious, clean, and located in a quiet neighbourhood. I stayed for one night while attending a wedding reception nearby. The accommodation itself is quite basic. However, I was disappointed that some common amenities were missing, such as a mirror inside the room for guests to get dressed, a bedside alarm clock, and an intercom or phone to contact reception. The most disappointing aspect, and the sight that...

"You can park right in front of your room. Convienient and close to everything. I like the fact that it has a microwave oven and toaster for cooking, biscuits, coffee and tea facilities. The price is affordable compared to other accomodation in Wollongong."

"Very disappointing experience with the reception staff. Unfortunately, the service I received from the reception team was not helpful or welcoming at all. I approached them expecting basic assistance and courtesy, but instead I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously and that they were unwilling to help. The reception team is the first point of contact for guests, so I believe good communication and customer service are extremely important. Sadly, this was not my experience. The attitude...

"Hotellet ligger udenfor byområde, men lige op til golfbane, med udsigt over en del af banen. Golfbanens restaurant er god og har åben hele dagen og aften! Hotellet er udmærket og når man er i bil er beliggenheden ikke noget problem!"

"Terible"

"So much to do in the area! Great location"

"Good location. Really friendly staff. Surprised that the bar closed at 9p.m."

"Cabin on quite water front, staff very helpful"

"Fint nok hotel, men der var meget larm fra baren nedenunder og fulde mennesker på gangen, selvom der kun var adgang for gæster "

"Pretty central location. Apartment as expected and shown on photos online. Comfy beds. Although little strange to have washing machine next to dining table.."

"Det var et skønt sted."

"I run a hotel in Sydney and to be honest I came away after 2 nights with some amazing ideas for my property. I couldnt fault the room the staff the whole experience was fault less. If asked to rate it out of 10 I give it 11"

"Ok ophold men faciliteterne var ikke ok - pool, spa og fitness var stadig under ombygning i november selvom det var oplyst på hjemmesiden at det var afsluttet i slutningen af august. Ingen kompensation eller tilbud om brug af faciliteter et andet sted. Rengøringen var meget overfladisk"

"Cabin was clean and comfortable air-conditioned in all rooms working well, and had a good view of windang channel, plenty of room for parking and entrance was ramped which makes useful to enter and leave if one had mobility concerns"

"After driving three and a half hours to reach our accommodation, we were shocked to be told on arrival that our room had been cancelled. We received no phone call, email, or any form of communication beforehand. When we spoke to the hotel staff, they repeatedly blamed the third-party booking platform, saying that was the reason for the cancellation. This made no sense, as I have used this same platform for years to book holidays both overseas and throughout Australia without ever experiencing...
