"Very large room and bathroom size. Historic building but modern bath and very comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly. Great breakfast and happy hour. Water across street and in historic St. Augustine. Only downside is parking -- either parallel parking across from inn on busy street with meter that starts at 8 am and goes to 9 pm OR free parking that is 4 blocks away. In heat & humidity the 4 blocks seems like a lot especially when dressed for dinner. Stairs to 2nd floor are steep. Overall,...

"The room very spacious but I loved the most was the incredible attentive staff. From the front desk to the breakfast area, they all seemed happy to be there and we so friendly and helpful. Would totally go back to this hotel. "

The only thing I will say is the check in, check out process was a little confusing because we didn’t realize we had to go into the restaurant. But when we figured it out, everything was great. "Great location for a visit in St Augustine on the waterfront of the bay just outside the historic quarter and right after The Lion Bridge.
Complimentary afternoon snack in the lobby on our arrival and delicious homemade cookies. The receptionist Ellen is very friendly and helpful.
Our only complaint is the poor and very unstable internet connection in the room. We hope that will be improved and upgraded, as we have met fantastic highspeed internet in most of the other hotels on this trip."
