"Second Tru location we've stayed at. We like the modern concept because it's simple and clean. This one seems a bit smaller and had fewer options for breakfast. Parking is easy. Only downside was trying to use the pool. I understand it's not the hotels responsibility for guest's kids but we tried to use it while unsupervised kids were running around the pool, cannonballing near us, and spitting pool water at each other. Was able to enjoy when they finally left.

"Black Hawk Motel & Suites is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! They treat you like you're part of their family. Always our first choice when we go the Dells. Rooms are super clean and the service is amazing. Super friendly staff and very hard working. Love parking right next to the room door. Outdoor pool is the best!! Indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna great as well. "Amber’s Inn and Suites was perfect for our family on our weekend getaway. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Front desk people were helpful and friendly. It is an older motel, but was quiet and a pleasant place. If ever visiting Wisconsin Dells please consider this place."
