Lake Hillebachsee is located nearby, making the apartment ideal for guests who enjoy walking, cycling and spending time outdoors. Numerous hiking routes can be found in the surrounding area, while Winterberg’s ski slopes and attractions are within easy reach by car.

The balcony provides a pleasant place to enjoy the sunshine and take in the surroundings. From the complex, you can also enjoy views towards the Veltins Arena.

A private parking space is conveniently located in front of the building. A shared storage area for skis and bicycles is also available, making the accommodation especially suitable for active holidays throughout the year.

This welcoming apartment enjoys an excellent location at the foot of Winterberg’s adventure mountain. With two comfortable bedrooms, modern facilities and a private terrace, it offers a pleasant base for an active and relaxing holiday.Living and dining area: A comfortable sitting and dining area with underfloor heating, ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors. In winter, the area transforms into a snow lover’s paradise, offering skiing and sledding in Niedersfeld or the renowned, snow-sure Winterberg. The excellent slopes are just a 10-minute drive away, and the enchanting Hochheide is a favorite among hikers.

The Winterberg bobsleigh run is 9 km from Niedersfeld, while the Kahler Asten is 12 km away. The Winterberg ski lift is 8 km from the apartment. Niedersfeld is a popular destination for those interested in mountain hiking, scenic landscapes, and outdoor activities.

For shopping, the center of Winterberg is just a 10-minute drive away. There is a bus stop conveniently located in front of the house for easy access to Niedersfeld’s local center, and additional shops are a 5-minute walk away. We require a €100 deposit via a SEPA form, which will be sent to you in advance and completed during check-in. This form authorizes us to deduct up to €100 in case of damages. If no deductions are necessary, the SEPA form will automatically expire.

The rental price includes energy costs.

Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and will be detailed on your reservation overview and/or invoice.

Towels, kitchen linens, and children's furniture can be rented separately upon request.
