Welcome to Zephyr Mountain Lodge 1703 - the 🚠 ski-in ski-out, 🌲 low-chem, ⚜️ luxury, 🏰 penthouse. This 3BR/3BA condo comfortably sleeps 10 across 1350 sq ft.

The unit was fully remodeled in `25 with warm neutrals, modern elegance, and chemical conscious flooring, paints, and essentials.

Sleeping arrangements include a king primary suite, queen + twin + twin trundle primary suite, and a triple bunk + platform bedroom.

All bathrooms include towel warmers, lit mirrors, and spa inspired decor.

This 1,350 sq ft sanctuary boasts stunning gondola and slope side views from expansive windows and a private balcony. It’s an easy walk from the train station and the convenient mountain village – shops, restaurants, and après-ski spots are just moments away. And once you`re all moved in, the gondola is just a quick coast out the back door!

The fully updated space blends warm, modern sophistication with cozy mountain charm. Soft beige and taupe walls, rich wood accents, and wide-plank flooring create an inviting flow throughout. The open-concept living area centers around a sleek gas fireplace with a Roman Clay surround, paired with plush boucle armchairs, a corner saddle tan leather sectional sofa, and a woven jute rug for ultimate relaxation. A large smart TV ensures entertainment, while natural light floods in through expansive wood-framed windows. The slopes and forest are visible from every window.

The unit is professionally cleaned between each stay by our experienced cleaning crew. Our robust cleaning checklist includes everything you’d expect, AND things like refilling the 🍬 candy jars 🍬 (can you find them?), resetting the histories on Netflix and Apple TV, and getting the espresso machine ready for your mad barista skills.

Maintenance walk throughs are performed regularly to ensure your stay is without surprise. That said, sometimes things happen. Facilities help can be reached 24/7 and general inquiries will be answered between the hours of 8am and 10pm.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Great location! Situated steps from the gondola, right above the ski rentals and nearly a minute walk to food and drinks. The interior was beautiful and freshly remodeled. The towel warmers were a hit with not only the kids but adults! Having 3 bathrooms was a game changer with the kids! The host was great to work with. He contacted us throughout our stay and was quick to respond to any question. Thank you we look forward to a future stay!

We spent a week for Spring Break 2026 in this condo. Beautiful views of the mountain right from the balcony. My teenager loved watching the snow cats work after the mountain closed for the day right from his bedroom. Hot tub awesome after a day on the slopes. 2 minute walk to the ski lesson area. Ski locker for gear storage was very convenient, not having to gaul gear up to the condo. We also loved the towel warmers in all three bathrooms! My youngest enjoyed the triple bunk bed room. We really enjoyed our stay and made the most of a tough ski season in Colorado this year.

We loved our stay in the newly renovated condo! It was well-supplied and very clean! We especially appreciated the responsiveness of the host. Very convenient ski-in/ski-out access to gondola, rentals, ticket office, etc.

Grant was not needed but he was very accessible during our stay! His place is amazing! It was recently updated and furnished and you could tell! The location cannot be beat. You can ski down to the gondola in the morning and a trail comes right to the back door at the end of the day. Lockers on the ground level of the condos stored equipment overnight, which was extremely convenient. We stayed with 4 children and the bunk room suited them perfectly! Grant had books for them which was a nice touch! I also noticed a pack n play in the bedroom closet for little ones. Beds were all comfortable and the place was very clean upon arrival. Overall I will stay here again for an awesome ski in / ski out experience!

Grant was a great and communicative host. Amazing location ski in/ski out and the best unit I’ve stayed in at ZML by far - clearly renovated recently and lots of amenities incl multiple coffee machines, remote speaker, kitchen basics like tea and olive oil etc. Highly recommend!
