The second bedroom features a captain's bunk with a trundle as well as a private bathroom, great for 3 singles or make it the kids' room. This room includes a flat screen TV with access to Blu-Ray.
Location: Building 7, 2nd floor. The building is located in the 5 to 9 cul-de-sac only a short walk to the Clubhouse.
Bedding Configuration: Queen in the Master bedroom, 2 Full beds bunk style plus a Twin trundle in the second bedroom. The living room couch is a sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress.

Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.

There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
