Hoteller med parkering i Winston – Salem

"They have added parking fees to park yourself in their completely empty lot. Then put 2 women in a 1st floor balcony room that didn't have a lock on the balcony door. I spent an additional $100 on a room with an amenity that doesnt exist and no one told us the door to the "balcony" had no lock. I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times and refer friends and family there when they visit. I will never stay in another Marriott property.
