"We enjoyed our stay with Phyllis. The accommodations were exactly as described. Super comfortable bed in a sweet little neighborhood. Very convenient to everything. We are sorry we didn’t get to visit more with Phyllis but were in town for a sports tournament. I definitely recommend you stay here."

"Location was great. Home was reasonable considering the renovations the owner is doing. However, I wasn’t too satisfied with the cleaning. Extra bedding was dirty, and the couches, floors, covers already out, under the sofas contained a lot of pet hair. I had to rewash blankets just to know that it was “clean”. So I give the overall stay 5.5"

"Rented for my son's graduation and was able to easily sleep 8 and host a graduation bbq with others. Fantastic memory and a great environment to connect with a larger group in a family setting. Owners were great and very helpful all around so that I could host a great weekend."

"This was my first VRBO experience. The house was roomy and well styled. I felt very safe during my stay. The backyard was a lovely extension of the house. I highly recommend this property!"

"Even though I received a confirmation from Hotels.com, Evolve (the property manager), had no record of our booking. We were on the phone with Evolve for 45 minutes, never received a call back and then got an email 2 hours later suggesting other Evolve properties. Never again. "

"Nice and modern and well appointed. Very clean and cozy. Loved the proximity to Acadia Farms for coffee a few groceries and delicious biscuits. Easy ride to UNCSA and downtown Winston-Salem. There may have been a squatter living on the porch of the house next door. We weren't worried as we are big city people but other guests may feel uncomfortable. Overall a great place to stay in WS."
