"On very rare occasions I will stay at a VRBO and wish I could give 6 stars! This property in one of those times. Everything is as described or honestly even better than described. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Fayetteville if this property is available. As others have also noted, the communication is excellent. If you book this property, consider yourself VERY fortunate! "

"This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this cabin, 3rd time staying in the area, to go jeep riding with friends. The location is great and the property is beautiful. We have to eat at the Oark General Store at least once when we're there. You can take off in any direction, hit paved or gravel roads, and ride for hours. We love it and will definitely be back to stay in this cabin! "

"Fantastic property equipped with everything we needed in a cute neighborhood! Not far from University of Arkansas and restaurants. Had an issue when we first got there with code not being correct for keypad, but property manager was attentive and it was quickly remedied. Would definitely stay here again!"
