Owner was extremely prompt in addressing an unexpected issue with a brand new water heater. Couldn't have been friendlier."

"Location was great … walked all Waikiki locations and the car was needed to do our own family excursions. Facility parking was secure and easy to use. Clean, beds/comfy, air conditioner was noisy and leaked where the water bucket container filled and service needed to be contacted to empty—they responded when called 2-days later—my son emptied it as water flowed down from the balcony. Recommendation is to provide the information on locking the door when exiting . No instructions given. Great...
