"We enjoyed our stay at Sundowner Villa. The house was clean and very well appointed. The host’s description was accurate, we only needed the air conditioning on very calm days. We enjoyed using the kayaks on Savannah Sound. There are several bonefish flats adjacent to the island, and the Bonefishing was good. Local restaurants and a grocery store made our stay very comfortable. We hope the hosts will let us rent their VRBO again. We definitely will return."

"We visited Touch of Class in March, being from Montreal this was a nice break from the winter!The house is exactly as advertized and the location is in a quiet little bay right on the water with very easy access to the water.A few minutes to Governor's Habour to the north or Tarpum Bay & Rock Sound to the south.One of the 2 kayaks at the property was missing, we contacted the owners and they immediately responded with a plan to remediate the situation.We will return!"

"What an idyllic piece of paradise! The lovely home with its gorgeous views and refreshing breezes was pristinely clean thanks to Linda! We loved the breezy porch surrounded with coconut trees with glimpses of the aqua colored waters. The house appeared recently painted and updated. It was well outfitted and included snorkeling gear as well. The beach was deserted and the water entrance sandier than some with great snorkeling. "We have rented many properties on banks road and Governors Harbor. The French Leave villa is one of our favorites. Home is modern, clean and very comfortable. All appliances are functional and modern. Bedding and pillows are excellent. The location is superb with a great back porch looking out on the beach. French leave beach is outstanding. Stingrays frequent the beach here as do turtles. Swimming is excellent as well. House contact was very responsive to any needs or questions."

"Aqua Villa is a beautiful property and is exactly as described. The view from the deck will be your screen saver as you move through out the house. Easy access to an amazing beach where we snorkeled and took the Kayaks out. We saw many different kinds of fish, a sting ray and even a small Lemon Shark. The house is centrally located so we were able to drive to both the southern and northern parts of the island with ease. Grocery stores, shops and some of the best restaurants are all within a 10...

"This property is absolutely beautiful. It is set up perfectly for large groups. The location is gorgeous and you could spend the entire time exploring just this property! The house manager is wonderful and overall it was a great experience. I would only change two things: the mattresses could use a change and I would have loved to have some black out curtains- but I’m not a morning person so if you don’t mind bright sunshine in your room at 6:30am you’ll be fine!"

"This is the best vacation house ever! We explored many beaches on the island but the one in front of Holiday House was the best by far. The house is spacious and perfectly appointed for a party of 9. The interior is designed beautifully, the outdoor space is very comfortable. "This tranquil cottage on French Leave Beach was the perfect destination for a long overdue vacation. The house is perfectly appointed with absolutely everything you might need....kitchen supplies, books with a broad range of subject matter, games, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The property manager was attentive and gracious. "We enjoyed our time in the Bahamas, wonderful food, beaches and people! However the property was rough! Hard to swallow paying that much money on a run down house and a rough road on the property. I’ve addressed these concerns with the management but have yet to of heard back from them. Long story short, view is amazing and the beds are comfortable. Pictures of home online are not current."
