"We stayed at the property as a group of 18 for two nights and the facilities were fantastic. Comfortable rooms and sofa beds with all amenities we needed, and lovely warm pool and hot tub. Communication ahead of time was prompt and helpful, and check-in was super easy. The property manager was very responsive to one minor issue we happened to have with the oven. The area was very peaceful and beautiful and an easy bus ride into Bath. Thank you!"

Local pub was just a short walk and served good food. The property was easy to find given the scafolding currently around the main house, but may be more tricky to locate when this is removed. "The private suite is located on a quiet, private street close to numerous restaurants, parks, train station, river, canal, local museum, etc. We loved the charming town with so much history and appreciate that it is not commercialized and busy with tourists. Our host was awesome and shared so many great points of interest. If we have the opportunity, we definitely will stay here again."

"Rose Barn is the perfect hideaway from the everyday hustle and bustle. Our host had provided homemade jam, butter, milk and bread for our first English breakfast - it was fantastic. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings with fields and meadows - and that there were several historical sites within reasonable distance.
