"Overall the stay was good. The accommodation was clean, shower is powerful and bed is comfortable. The only thing was breakfast cancelled and pub was closed for the entire stay which means no food or drink nearby. They called and told me the day before check in so I couldn’t book elsewhere. "

"Ann and Colin were perfect hosts. So warm and friendly and even left a welcome basket full of thoughtful treats. Flat is so much better than the pictures portray. Spacious and equipped with everything you need for a stay in the area. Highly recommend. Very convenient for all the new forest walks. The grounds are delightful and the garden is stunning. Nice little area to sit and enjoy the sun. Although the flat is joined to the flat we felt we had privacy. Thanks again for a lovely stay....

"Rose Barn is the perfect hideaway from the everyday hustle and bustle. Our host had provided homemade jam, butter, milk and bread for our first English breakfast - it was fantastic. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings with fields and meadows - and that there were several historical sites within reasonable distance. Half an hour to Stonehenge, Woodhenge, Old Sarum and about one hour (perhaps a bit more) to Lord Nelson’s ship, Jane Austin’s house and Windsor Castle. We highly recommend Rose...

"A successful and flexible holiday rental. Plenty of room. Older family members found the staircases more of a challenge because the treads were not of even depth and quite steep."

"We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It truly added to our vacation in Southwest England. The location in town, architecture and decor were delightful. The only thing is, the entrance is very close to moving traffic on the round about. I would highly recommend this property."

"Cute property, great layout for 2 people, very quiet. It is a bit out of the center of things. Not a big deal in good weather but when pouring rain at night it is a slog. Groceries nearby, super friendly pub next door - but you don’t hear it in the flat. Motion detector lights out front go out very fast and the place could use a bit of refurbishing. But overall a pleasant stay!"

"What a lovely property, full of character. The owners couldn't do enough for us and were very friendly. Each bedroom has an en suite. The lounge, dining area and well equipped kitchen were perfect for the 10 of us to cook and eat together. We walked into Bradford upon Avon (10-15 mins) which was a beautiful town and so easy to get the train into Bath. Thank you!"

"Lovely apartment, very spacious, clean and everything you need. Plenty of quality towels and the kitchen has everything. Parking was excellent. A great pub near by and excellent Italian restaurants also. The town is small but has supermarkets nearby in a short walking distance"
