"The property is beautiful. The listing is misleading, as it shows upstairs terrace and a kitchen area which I assume are in the other apartment on the property. The hot tub is fantastic, as well as the yard. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. The location is close to trailheads (walking distance). The kitchen is poorly equipped: two coffee cups, no silverware, and no plates. There is no way to cook except for a microwave. There is a fridge and a keurig with coffee supplies."

"Samuel and Silvinia are wonderful people. The cottage reminds me more of an in-law suite, and it has practically everything you need. It was a great place to chill and read. It was also nice to come back to a bed that we could pass out in from a long day of being a tourist. 100% would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay outside of Sedona."

"Nice property the owner might want to say that there are 17 steps to the bathroom. It didn't bother me, but my wife was a little unstable from a recent surgery and had a little trouble with the stairs as they are quite steep."

"This place was amazing. The cottage was conveniently located to trailhead and restaurants. This place was above and beyond clean. When we come back to Sedona, we are going to stay at this location again."

"The place is much larger than it appears from the outside so, if you have a group, or will be traveling with family it is very accommodating. The area is very nice as you are initally driving into the neighborhood where the house is located, but as you get closer, it's not as appealing. Especially the street where the house is located. SOME neighbors have a lot of junk in their yards and there is at least 1 abandoned trailer a few lots down. It looks like they are fixing the house next door...

"My husband and I decided to take a quick trip to checkout cooler summer locations in AZ. This cabin was perfect for the season. Not sure how hot is gets in Munds Park during the summer months so no AC might be an issue??? Love this place❤️"

"My husband and I were there for two nights. We walked to the Redwall Distillery the first night. This is in a nice neighborhood. Our only suggestion would be to have a couple of chairs right behind the cabin,in the backyard, so that guests wouldn’t feel like they were encroaching on the host’ porch. A very nice, comfortable place. We loved it."

"We loved the location, the casita was cute and perfect for our needs. So quiet and a quick walk to Boynton trailhead. We were excited to find some additional supplies in the bathroom like sun lotion, which we had forgotten to bring. I have only one comment on the flip side, although very minor, it would be nice to have a welcome book with a few instructions on tv, and perhaps local info like short cuts to the main areas and directions to Boynton trail and closest grocery stores, etc. There are...

"The Place was very nice and cozy… the shower was wonderful! Her Kitchen was stocked with all a Vacation cook would Need… What we missed was a little microwave, for reheating left overs, coffee and Tea.. And location was A Tad away from the pulse of things But nothing that a pleasant walk in Nature didn’t fix… great little covered outdoor patio.. Would recommend this Cozy little Casita 👍"

"The cottage was lovely and absolutely spotless inside! Nice amenities, such as hot tub, kitchen appliances and even many spices. Decor very appealing. Only two concerns: couch and chair in front room low and difficult to ruse from; front and back patio needed a good sweeping. All told I would definitely recommend to friends 😘"

"Hotellet er et super familievenligt ressort med flere pools og aktivitetshus på området. Værelserne er store med køkkenfasciliteter. Og så ligger hotellet helt vidunderligt i mellem de røde bjerge midt i Arizona. Bjergene er fantastisk flotte i sig selv. Der er masser af natur og historie at kaste sig over. I området har der været hjemsted for flere indianerstammer. Sedona er en turistby, men alligevel spænfende pga størrelsen. Sedona ligger godt for mange udflugter. Grand Canyon kan nås...
