"We didn’t have hot water for the whole of our stay. We were told it would come back on after the first day and it did not. The next time they said it we wanted to shower we had to do it in another room, however they asked us to share this room key with other people which wasn’t what we thought when booking. "We had a fantastic stay at De Trafford Hotel. Very friendly and smiling staff who give a warm welcome. The bar and lounge are cosy and a lovely area for food and drinks. The rooms are a bit worn, but everything works and is nice and clean. The bed comfort was good! I can highly recommend the hotel. The village was also nice with a small shopping street with supermarket and cafés. Easy to get to and from the airport and to manchester city by train in just 15 minutes."
