"The rooms were spacious and impeccable. The games room in the basement was an immediate success for both my 7 and 2yo kids. A dream! Communication with our host was excellent. We all regretted not being able to stay for longer. We need to go back!"

"The interior of the cottage is well appointed and aesthetically pleasing. All the comforts of home. The property is beautiful - feeding the fish in the pond was an unexpected delight! "This is a beautiful house. It is located right near the golf course and is a walk to town/campus. The house is immaculate- equipped with anything you need and is incredibly spacious. The host was terrific- easy to communicate with and although we did not bring dogs, it does allow them. We will definitely hope to stay there again on our next trip to Williamstown!"

"The place was fine but the ac unit was not working . The high tempatures and humidity it was 85 inside the majority of time . I rented this place to work and relax and I spent my time waiting for hvac appointments etc and being hot, not able to sleep becuase of the heat. If the air conditioning was working it would’ve been really nice ."

"Great family space. Comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen, close to restaurants. A/C units worked well."

"The hosts were amazing! We were aLao able to talk with the property manager (Shaunna) while we were there. She was extremely helpful and made sure our stay was great. We had a small wedding at the property with our close friends and family. It was a perfect location with amazing views. "

"Our stay at the Timber Riverhouse was amazing! Vacations for us are all about the outdoors and this home did not disappoint. The house was beautiful with lots of wonderful features like the solid beams, spiral staircase, comfy beds, fantastic deck, and even a hot tub! "We love this property for a family/friends vacation. It allows everyone to have their own bed/bath. The backyard has a fenced in area for our dog and multiple firepits (which we did not use this year due to the drought in the area). The property has seen recent upgrades/renovations which only enhanced our stay. Alex is very responsive to any questions of issues that might arise. We will definitely be back!"
