Plan a four-season Green Mountain getaway at this secluded 4-bedroom Wilmington home for up to 8 guests. You'll be near Mount Snow, downtown Wilmington, Lake Whitingham, hiking, golf, and year-round Southern Vermont adventures.

Designed for families and groups, the home features two comfortable living rooms, large smart TVs, board games, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchen centered around a 9-foot island. Four bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements, while two full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and a spacious mudroom make ski weekends and longer stays easier.

Your reservation includes guest access to the Chimney Hill community clubhouse. These are shared community amenities—not private amenities located at the house. They include a year-round indoor pool, shared hot tub, fitness room, game and movie rooms, and a seasonal outdoor pool. Additional community recreation may include tennis, basketball, a playground, fishing pond, skating pond, sledding hill, and trails. Clubhouse facilities are subject to operating hours, seasonal availability, and community rules.

At the house, enjoy an outdoor fire pit, gas grill, parking for up to six vehicles, and plenty of space for skis and snowboards. Sleds are provided. Up to two dogs weighing no more than 80 pounds each are welcome.

Spend your days skiing at Mount Snow, exploring historic downtown Wilmington, enjoying Lake Whitingham, golfing at Haystack, or hiking around Hogback Mountain—then return to the peace and privacy of the woods.

Important winter access — please read: Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with appropriate winter tires or traction devices is strongly recommended, especially during winter weather. The uphill driveway can be difficult to climb when snow or ice is present. Please arrive prepared for changing mountain conditions.
