Country Home in Heart of Village Close to Mt.Snow!

Summary:
Enjoy this beautiful three bedroom, two bath home in Wilmington Village. Only 10 miles from Mount Snow, and 1 mile from the lake. It sleeps up to 6 guests and comes equipped with full kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer, flat screen tv, and gas fireplace. All three bedrooms have been fully furnished with brand new mattresses, furniture and plenty of storage space. The trail next to the home takes you minutes to get to the town or lake, and also connects you to the valley trail system.

The Space:
The down stairs bathroom has a full wahser and dryer and a large handicap assemble shower, with the upstairs bathroom has a shower and tub. The trail head to Lake Whitingham could not be more conveniently located just steps off the back porch. Short distance from the Haystack golf course, as well as the Mount Snow Golf Course, and Valley Trial with hundreds of miles of hiking.

This home is a 20 minutes walk by trail to Harriman Reservoir or 3 minute drive to one of the lakes picnic and beach area. Harriman's beaches are dog friendly and have swimming, fishing, kayaking and grilling. You can only rent boats, jet ski and kayak rentals nearby. The rail head is also a five minute walk in the other direction to the center of town with shops, breweries, entertainment, restaurants and the Moover stop.

Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you agree to all terms of the rental agreement.

-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.

-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.

-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.

-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
