"Excellent location. 100 yards to beach and we walked to all Surf City shops. About 1/2 mile away. House was great. We enjoyed our stay. We would go back again. The host let us check in early which was awesome!"

"This rental was great! We had a quick weekend in town for an engagement party. This place was a quick drive to Wrightsville where the rest of our family was staying and was significantly less than places in wrightsville. The place was super clean and extremely convenient. The big yard was a huge plus since our dogs came. Overall would recommend and stay again!"

"This was such a cute place! My wife loves the Golden Girls so I surprised her with an overnight stay for our 4yr anniversary and she absolutely loved it. Its in a great location only 5-10 mins from downtown/waterfront and in a quiet neighborhood. Brandon had great communication and even offered for us to check in early. Overall great experience and I would not only stay here again myself I'd recommend it to everyone I know."

"Responsive communications with the hosts and the property was well represented in the photos. Beautiful shared backyard space with several spots to relax in front. The hosts provided lots of great info prior to arrival on local restaurants and grocery stores. The location was excellent and only a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Lifeguards are posted at the beach during the summer season. The street was peaceful and quiet at all times. I would love to stay in the upstairs unit next...

"The property was clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The front porch leading to a fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Fishing pier and beach were a block and a half away, and there's a dog park 4 blocks away as well. Very convenient location for dining out. although the kitchen desired."

"This property is now called the Tequila Sunrise and the owner is Cathy. She is amazing and so helpful, she goes out of her way to accommodate your needs. We love this place so much. Can’t wait to book again soon. "

"House was just as advertised! It is a cozy cottage that is clean and stylish! Lots of outdoor space and easy walking to shops and restaurants. Loved the special decoration touches and uncluttered storage spaces! We also were impressed with the fenced in yard which was perfect for our toddler and dogs. I do have to agree with another review that the mattresses were not comfortable. Maybe too new and hard? Only other suggestion is a few pots with lids and a 9 x 13 Pyrex for those who like to cook...

Location: Super close to the beach and everything we needed, with just the right amount of privacy.Check in/out and communication: Our hosts made everything easy and were very responsive. Could not ask for nicer folks.The space: Clean and cozy and exactly what we needed. The beds (and there were plenty for all of us) were soooo comfy and we all slept great. "

"We were there for three nights only, but enjoyed ourselves immensely. We had a dog with us and while needing to keep her leashed, this was also a great experience. We could cook in the house, but the nearby restaurants were wonderful."

"We came down for a weekend trip and had a beautiful weekend. We had everything we needed. Perfect location to town so you don't have to worry about parking fees. Great owner whom we met while here. Could not ask for better accommodations! We will be frequent visitors here!"

"Richard was a wonderful host and very responsive. He met us upon arrival and showed us around. The cottage was clean and well stocked. It is located in a residential area but it is only 15-20 minutes from them beach (depending on traffic) and a similar distance from downtown wilmington. A big thumbs up!"
