"First in the weeks leading up to my stay it took the host days to respond to messages, including the day I was traveling. The Vrbo emails stated it’s quicker to contact the property manager. In this case one in the same. I was driving from another state and if I hadn’t stopped driving and checked my email I would not have known the access code to enter the house until I got there at 1 am. I repeatedly asked them in the days prior what the check in process was w/no response until I was 2 hours...
