Definitely in need of some repairs, one exterior stair was loose, there was a hole in the ceiling of our room and a stain on the carpet. Good location and the pool was very nice.

My husband and I went to up to VT to do a little fishing. The hotel staff let us check in a slightly early. The room was better than expected. Clean it smelled fresh. The shower and bathroom were slightly outdated but the water was nice and hot and never run out! There’s a small kitchenette with stove sink and small full size fridge. When we travel back to this area of VT we will definitely be staying at the Sonesta again.

Very odd place…almost like a condo complex turned into a motel. Picked it since it was close to the airport and had a 6:00 am flight. Room was fine but the outside is pretty beat up. Nothing really bad, but have stayed at other places near by that are much more conventional and up to date. Just a weird vibe Sorry but not likely to go back

The room itself was in awful condition, there wasn’t a spot for me to park, there weren’t clearly marked parking spots, the room above me was very loud all night, there were ants, I couldn’t stay for my whole visit because of how awful it was.

This Sonesta hotel hasn’t been maintained well. A lot of things are broken, bed sheets were stained and room carpets/kitchen flooring were filthy. The staff were really nice and friendly…but that wouldn’t make me want to return.

When entering the room, there was only 1 bed prepared when we are 4 guests. The sofa bed wasnt clean since a while, sand and dust in it. Under the sofa bed was all kind of stuffs (pennies, hairpin,etc.) Talked to manager and only thing offered was to cancel because every other rooms were full. Didnt tried to offer me compensation on anything. Plus, told them there was a hole inside. A houseman were kindly enough to close it with carton and tape but the cold was getting inside.... The breakfast was OK but no bacon and fruits were almost passed due.... For me, never again. Never again.

L’hébergement n’est pas aussi moderne qu’il est montré en photo mais cela reste convenable pour 2 ou 3 nuits. La piscine est vraiment super, l’eau n’est pas froide, il y a de nombreux transats et le jacuzzi est vraiment chaud. Le petit déjeuner est très limité, il n y a pas beaucoup de choix mais mention spéciale pour la machine à pancakes. Enfin, l’hébergement reste bruyant (nous entendions les gens marcher au dessus de nous). Aussi bémol auquel nous n’avons pas pensé : dans l’appartement c’est une table de bar avec deux chaises, très compliqué de faire manger notre fils de 18 mois.

The staff was extremely helpful. Room needs to be upgraded, carpet worn, torn with holes, sofa was stained. The company they use for snow removal didnt do much of anything during the storm. The steps leading to my room, did not get shoveled one time in 2 days.

Checked into room & bathtub had a gross stain in it. Called the front desk and they told me hotel was booked, housekeeping left at 5pm, and they were sorry. I told them I didn't feel comfortable getting in the shower & I was concerned that if the bathroom was this unclean, had the room been cleaned by housekeeping.

I liked the staff. The girl at the front desk and the girl working the breakfast were very nice. 2 complaints. The place needs a good cleaning. The carpet had a nasty stain. Also, I paid extra for a fireplace. Turns out it is a real fireplace (not gas). I had to pay $15.00 for the log and no one had matches or a lighter.

Charged $250/night, plus a $250 incidental fee that takes a week to get back. There was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in our room. There were no pillows or blankets for one of the beds. When we asked the front desk for these items, we got an eye roll. The hot tub wasn’t working, and the pool was scheduled to open at 8am but staff said it wouldn’t be until 10am. Checkout is 11am. Pretty disappointed for the price.

More like condos than a hotel
During our visit we were greeted by the manager who stated that staff was not on premises and she was handling the laundry. Breakfast for 2/3 days was late and clearly at a very lower level than that of the third day. Also note that your room is in a separate building and walking to the pool (family travel with kids here) requires going outside. Same with breakfast. So if you like to wear little to the pool, and not change out of your pajamas for breakfast, pick a different place.

Needed sheets, blankets, and pillows for the sofa bed advertised and they were unable to provide blankets and pillows. Not sure if they were over booked for the long weekend. Bathroom was not very clean and there were hairs and smudges all over surfaces.

The check in was easy and quick. The property is essy to get to from I89 and very close to shops and restaurants.

My weekend w/Sonesta
We have stayed here before and have had a good stay. Overall the experience has been good. We like that we have a full kitchen, but I wish they would give you more than 2 utensils, plates, bowls, etc....you have to hand wash everything to use again ( not a big deal but it essentially renders the dishwasher useless). The other things in the suite were fine and comfortable. Could have used more than 1 washcloth so I had to go request a second one. Pool and hot tub were fine. Gym was adequate. Two things I would complain about.... first, when I asked for 4 quarters change at the front desk for the washer and dryer, the front desk clerk said they don't give out change and , honestly, was quite rude about it. Secondly, and it may seem minor, but we had freezing rain last night and even at 8:30 the sidewalks were a sheet of ice and they had done nothing to them. I slipped going to the car and right onto my butt.
