"I have to say that I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the house. I realize that it is a very large house, but all the same, it should have been cleaned and maintained better for a short-term rental. The owner only supplied one old bath towel and one cheap new wash clothe per guest. No hand towels were initially provided. I contacted the owner and she had towel sent very quickly. The rugs did not look vacuumed, the bathroom rugs were dirty, the shower curtains were mildewed, and...

"Very attractive home-owners worked very hard to make us feel welcome! Everything that we could possibly need was supplied!Thank you for sharing your house with us!"

"Great location. Excellent view. The F22 Raptors were cool to see. Not so loud. Host was great. The place does not have a full size oven, so plan accordingly. Beds were comfy."

"Beautiful property! It fit our family’s needs perfectly. Our host was wonderful and very responsive. We couldn’t be happier with our wonderful visit to Newport News. Thank you so much!"

"We had a wonderful stay at RivahMojo! The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces (screened porch, backyard and dock) with great views overlooking the water. It was a perfect place for hanging out but the location was also convenient for exploring the surrounding area. Would definitely book again!"

"Joseph was great at communicating, we were working at Langley AFB for a few days and this location was perfect."

"It was a nice place. It was like a nice studio sized ap with a lower level living room. Very close to the university where I was at the entire weekend. The owner is nice and easy to talk to."

"We are a Family of 4 that stayed and absolutely loved Rosehill Cottage! Set back in a serene setting with the most beautiful view of the Rappahannock River! The Cottage was adorable with plenty of space to spread out, was clean, & had all of the cooking ware you need. The pool was a blast! We really enjoyed our time at the pool! I would definitely give Rosehill Cottage a consideration when you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life!"

"The home was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive, and the property matched the listing. The only minor issues were that some doors squeaked and the mattress in my bedroom felt like I was sleeping in an inflatable mattress, softer than what I’m used n prefer. Overall, we had a pleasant stay."

"Nice check in "
