"The property could not have been any better. We went in the off season so we had a pool, hot-tub and beach all to our selves. The property manager Norman was on site and very helpful. We had a AC problem and he got it fixed the same day we contacted him. Tom the owner was also very helpful. We are planning to return next year. Great Time!"

"We stayed at Sugar Beach Villa last week, and this place is seemingly dropped from the heavens onto a tropical beachfront paradise. A family compound of sorts - 5 structures on several acres of beachfront property on Little Exuma. We had 11 in our party and this was the perfect spot for our family reunion. "Beautiful property, great location, there’s a restaurant on the property, the boat was the most important thing to us and gave us the freedom to come and go as we please and explore. It was beautiful. The water pressure had a difficult time reaching the master shower on the 3rd floor. But we were so pleased with everything else we honestly didn’t care and could use one of the other 2 full showers on the 2nd level. We would definitely stay here again."

"This house is all I hoped it would be. There were 8 adults and it was plenty of room for us to spread out. "The home is just lovely. We had a large family of 14 people and it fit us more than comfortably. Beautiful views of the water from the living area and most every room in the main house and cottages. I can’t even begin to describe how much my family enjoyed this house and all the fun that was had in the shallow waters of the sandbar, kayaking the small river to see the sea turtles, and finishing up our day in the pool. "We had some problems during our stay but the property manager tried to repair the issues and was really kind in order to repair the inconvenience. The house is well equipped and the location is amazing. It little bit far from George town but in mx 1 h and 20 min you can go to the opposite part of the island."
