Welcome to our stunning waterfront villa at Tropic of Cancer beach in Georgetown Exumas! Our property is the perfect getaway for your beach vacation with family or friends. With the ability to sleep up to 10 people, our villa is ideal for larger groups who are seeking a relaxing and fun-filled stay.

Our villa features 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms and three bathrooms, ensuring that all guests have ample space to unwind and relax. The living room is comfortable and spacious, offering plenty of seating for everyone to gather and enjoy each other's company. The balcony is the perfect spot to take in the breathtaking views of the turquoise waters and golden sands of the Tropic of Cancer beach.

The residence resembled the images. The decor was exceptional, and there was ample space for my family. The home is equipped with surround sound both indoors and outdoors, allowing guests to enjoy their preferred music while relaxing in the hammocks, under the gazebo, or sunbathing on the beach.The property was furnished with all necessary amenities, including complimentary bath toiletries, beach and pool toys. Additionally, the kitchen was stocked with convenient supplies, such as tea, coffee, sugar, seasonings, plastic utensils, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, and dishwasher tablets.The host, Rodman, was very responsive and ensured a smooth check-in. The property manager, De’Andra, was also exceptional and courteous. She checked in on us daily and offered helpful recommendations for activities.However, I did not rate the experience five stars for the following reasons:Cons:* Upon entering the home, there was a pervasive sewer odor, and all water in the bathrooms and showers had a similar unpleasant smell. Despite notifying the host, who promptly sent someone to address the issue with chlorine tablets, the odor persisted throughout our stay, making bathing unpleasant.* There was no hot water available in the kitchen, which is typically essential for washing dishes.* While the electric countertop ice maker was a nice feature, the compartment tray was found to be contaminated with mold and mildew and required cleaning. Overall we had a great time!

CH Villa is a beautiful, well maintained home on gorgeous Tropic of Cancer beach in Little Exuma. House was clean, well kept and exactly as advertised. Host was super responsive throughout the process. 10/10 - will visit again!

The PADEL court was a hit!

This is a gorgeous house with spectacular grounds! Amazing beach location! The Padel court was a hit with our court playing group of older teen boys and dads. Everything was well equipped and the property manager was very helpful.

Wonderful!

The house and beach are exactly advertised. Could not have had a better and more relaxed experience. Captain Theo and his crew were above and beyond what we expected. Chefs were gracious and cooked wonderfully. Caretaker Mr. Miller was super helpful and responsive. 5 stars across the board, would return again and again.

Fantastic Host & Location!

We couldnt havr asked for a better location, steps away from Tropic of Cancer Beach. The rental was clean and had absolutely everything our big oarty of twelve could need. We will definitely be back!

Property is in terrible shape not taken care of.

When we first arrived the house smelled really bad and the house was not clean,the refrigerator smelled so bad we had to go to the grocery store to get cleaner and baking soda, the toilet on the 2nd floor was leaking, the deck is in such bad shape the nails are popping out, the roads to the property were so bad we got two flats on our rental car, the front door has a 1/2” gap which allowed mosquitoes in our guests rooms they were completely bit up from head to toe, the snorkeling gear is not supplied like they say in their listing, one of the SUP’s was leaking air, the paddles were broken for the kayaks the entire property is not being maintained.

Birthday Vacation

I celebrated with my husband and 6 of our friends at The White House CH Villa. The experience from the initial booking of the villa, upon arrival and the special "Papa Miller" were beyond 5 star. The home was mclean. The bedrooms were specious and views of the ocean breathtaking. The pool, fire and turquoise waters were magnificant. I am definately booking again.

Stunning property & beach

The property is fantastic and as pictured. The beach was pristine and uncrowded; I don't believe we saw more than 3 people on our beach at once! If you plan to lounge at the pool/beach and cook at the villa for most of your trip, I highly recommend this property. If you are looking for a little more to do on the island or hope to have dinner out most nights, I would not recommend Exuma as restaurants are scarce and hours of operation are not reliable. But if you want to hole up at your villa in paradise, I can't think of a better place to stay.

This home was absolutely fabulous! Even better was the communication and service we received immediately from booking until we checked out. Location was breath taking. The decor was gorgeous and the outdoor area was perfect! I was pleasantly surprised about all the inclusions as well. Everything about our stay was first class! Fantastic home and location

We are a family of 5. Great house. Lots of room. If you want privacy and like us don't want to be around a lot of people when on vacation, then this is the house. One of the best beaches on Exuma. Tropic of Cancer beach is great. The house manager D'Andra and her dad are awesome. The property manager Rodman is very responsive and helpful. They will handle whatever you need. We have stayed on Exuma many times in different villas, and this is one of our favorites.

Beautiful House Amazing view

Let's start with the staff that supported us throughout our adventure, from our friend Rodman, who virtually were very attentive to us during our stay, to the Miller family who helped us on site and were physically and personally attentive to any requirement on our part. The house was very clean and very well maintained, this is not an easy task since the house is literally on the beach and the maintenance of the house is a very complex process but they manage to do it perfectly. The house has an upstairs bedroom where the view is spectacular and you are practically less than 100 steps away from putting your feet on the beautiful beach that surrounds the entire Complex. My family loved every moment lived in the house, it has enough space, we were three adults and two children of 5 and 4 years old. It is very important to follow the instructions provided at the time of booking such as the place to rent the car, the place to buy groceries. The house is about half an hour from the main town. The sand around the beach is divine and the colors of the sea are spectacular. The rooms are very well equipped and the kitchen is quite spacious, the facilities meet our expectations for a quality and comfortable trip. Of course we will be back.

Beautiful home and location!

The house and property are incredible! The pictures are accurate. We had two families together in this house. There was plenty of room for all of us. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely setup to allow for separate and relaxing spaces. Make sure to plan out groceries in advance and pick them up before you leave Greater Exuma. The house has a fantastic kitchen for preparing food. Also, highly recommend taking advantage of the chef recommendation. Absolute 10/10 on the meal they prepared for us at the house. Round of applause at the end of the meal. The location on Little Exuma is remote in the best possible way. The beach is one of the best beaches on Exuma (or anywhere else)! It is large enough to allow for nice beach walks. It was not crowded or busy! The pool is wonderful to have right at the house. The outdoor setup is very relaxing with multiple places to hang out both by the pool and at the beach. Also, take the advice on hiring the boat captain! It could not have worked out better. The captain was amazing in working with us to setup two separate full-day excursions. They were magical. One day we went up to Staniel Cay and the other we stayed near Exuma. If you are on the fence about booking a trip to Exuma or booking this house - don't hesitate! We had an amazing trip. The island, the house, the beach, the people, the wildlife... all come together to create a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful Home

My family and I just got back from a stay at this lovely home located right on the Tropic of Cancer Beach which hands down is worth the very far drive and bumpy back roads to get there. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room, and the pictures really are accurate to the real deal. I think the house and views are better in person. The host was very friendly and responded in a timely manner and tried to fix any questions or issues we had. It's a small island so the issues were typical island things like small leaks, outages, etc. which had nothing to reflect on the host at all. Mr. Miller is the maintenance man who lives on the island who is there to assist with any issues or questions you may have. The only thing I would say is that if you want to have a fire it isn't included in the price. Overall would recommend and give the place a 9/10 and the host 10/10

Amazing house located on the best beach.

From the moment we booked the house to out checkout date, everything went smoothly. The host responded to any inquiries we made expeditiously, while giving us lots of information on booking tours and things to do around the property. Mr. Miller met us at the property and guided us through the check in process, he always provided us with good care and made sure we were having a wonderful stay. This was our 5th trip down to Exuma, and boy all I have to say is Location, Location, Location. This was by far our best one yet, the house was in pristine condition, very well equipped, very clean, and located in right on tropic of cancer beach, and I have to say, the best beach I have ever been too. The turquoise water and the blinding white sand was mesmerizing, we had the beach all to ourselves, the house is equipped with a very good surround system in the patio which came in handy. We will be definitely coming back soon and expecting to stay in this wonderful home once more. 5/5.
