"Great proximity to all the best spots in wine country! The place was comfortable, clean and convenient. Our only two downsides were that the sprinklers always seemed to be going off whenever we were outside on the patio and the gun club that is nearby starts shooting at 8am and that noise is constant. Otherwise a great homebase spot for doing tastings."

"It talks about a private entrance but it isn't because there are multiple rooms in the basement of this property that get rented out. I had hoped to have a private getaway and instead i was greated with a shared entrance and steep shared parking on gravel. Also, when you walk into get into the door there isn't an indicator as to which key box your code is for. The "doors" to each room/space is just a sliding glass door. Extremely revealing as we could see into both our rooms and others...

"Perfect place!! The 2 levels offer privacy if needed. Love the Master Suite area upstairs. It was extremely clean with state of the art appliances. The towels were plush and the shower was great. They even had special dog towels. On top of all that, the location was outstanding. Pretty much a 5-10 minute walk to Woodstock and anything you need. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will definitely stay there again."

"College Hill was perfect for our stay, exactly where we wanted to be and so comfortable and welcoming. Both the inside and outside were fabulous -- the bedding and bathroom stood out inside and the patio was relaxing and inviting (and made me wish we had something like it at home)."

"There was no hot water. We came down to Eugene for a concert and our plan was to get ready at the home before the show. To our dismay, we found out there was no hot water and were forced to use a teakettle for warm water. We were in a rush to get to the show so we didn’t get a chance to reach out to the host immediately but did contact them later. I never heard back about our concerns. We spent nearly $400 for a one night stay And we’re very disappointed at the overall appearance of the home...
