    Things to Remember:

    Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.

    Parking: There is 1 reserved parking space included.

    Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters and pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen package onto your reservation for an additional price.

    Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the condo prior to your arrival.

    Beach Gear & Other Essentials: We can arrange for the delivery of beach chairs, umbrellas, cribs, and other items prior to your arrival.

    Comfort and Convenience: This fourth-floor, one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo accommodates up to five guests and offers a comfortable setting for your Wildwood Crest getaway. Step onto the balcony to enjoy ocean views and fresh coastal air, or take advantage of the convenient location just steps from the beach. Additional conveniences include one reserved parking space and access to Four Winds' shared amenities, including a communal outdoor swimming pool, BBQ grill, outdoor shower, and coin-operated laundry facilities on the second floor (additional fees apply; please bring your own detergent). A designated communal trash and recycling area is also available for your convenience.

    Pool Availability Notice: Please note that pool access is seasonal and subject to weather conditions. The pool may be closed during the off-season, during periods of inclement weather, or for routine maintenance, and availability is subject to the property or community's operating dates and discretion.

    Non-Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking property. A $500 fee will apply for violations.

Unit was clean, everything worked, and a complimentary bag of toiletries was provided. Key was located in the correct location and combination to the lock box that contained it was also correct. Would stay again.

Great location and nice view of the ocean but the place is just a crash pad to stay at the beach and park your car. There were no linens or towels. It was really a dump. Needs to be gutted and remodeled.

Upon arrival, As we were putting on the bedsheets, the air conditioner which is in a weird spot on the wall to begin with, leaked water everywhere. As I went to the end of the bed to pout on the sheet, I slipped and fell hard on my back. Our comforter was soaked as well. I immediately texted the issue and was told someone would be there the next morning. Then, my daughter went in to use the bathroom when the entire toilet seat slide out from under her. Texted that issue that night as well. The next two days I barely enjoyed because of how bad it hurts. Miserable vacation I saved up for. Ended up going to urgent care and in the long run. This place gave me a lousy 100 back. NEVER AGAIN!
