"The house is lovely and perfect for a family. The location is excellent if you are looking to stay somewhere not right in town, but still close to things. It is also well situated for a nice walk to see neighboring farms, including a friendly pony and donkey pair. Pam is a generous host - she baked us traditional Irish brown bread and stocked the kitchen with a couple of staples. The house had everything we needed and we really enjoyed it. "

"Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky. We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. Every shower had mold and mildew (and gross amounts of caulking) and mine included a sliver of dried bar soap complete with black speck inside the soap dish. The pillows were the kind you might...

"Great property and very convenient to the town of Doolin and The Cliffs of Moher! We’ll definitely book again…hopefully soon!! "

"Bathrooms were tiny, had no mirrors and hot water did not work in one. Remote for one tv did not work. Lighting was poor in kitchen and dining room. Pull on one drawer was broken. Exposed wires in dining room. Cushions did not fit in living room. Needed better instructions for stove."

"The house is a very short walk to the town center with stores, restaurants and pubs. I appreciated the large, private, off street parking lot. The inside is very clean and new, and had been recently updated. It felt very comfortable, like home almost immediately. Eileen was very communicative, and extremely welcoming (left us a couple of welcome gifts!) We cannot wait to come back to Killarney!"

"3 Freundinnen verbrachten eine Woche in diesem Cottage. Wir waren jeden Tag, hauptsächlich zum wandern, unterwegs und haben Abends den gemütlichen Kamin genossen. Als uns das bereitgestellte Holz zur Neige ging, reichte eine Nachricht an die Housekeeperin und sie hat direkt am nächsten Tag Nachschub aus dem Lager geholt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl des Hauses und Donegal im allgemeinen. Sehr schöne Ausflüge in der Umgebung sind möglich und dabei sehr abwechslungsreich! Mit dem Wetter...

"Was situated just right to be able to travel around and visit all the must see sites in Connemara. Road was busy at certain times but didnt distract from the peaceful area. Would definitely need a car, but plenty of parking at the house and free parking available at all visitor sites."
