"There were one or two drawbacks, my room was on the second floor with no lift available, however, my luggage was carried up the stairs for me by the receptionist. There was a problem on the first night with air conditioning, but this was remedied the next day. Overall I would not hesitate to return to the hotel next time I am in St Albans. "

Even a Christmas tree which was a lovely surprise. Once we had a direct contact number for the property the communication was fantastic with check in details and instructions provided.
