"Overall, the stay was good. Beds are comfortable, home is spacious, location is great. However for the price, it lacks in amenities you’d expect based on the listing description. The kitchen is sparse, no staples available, no kid friendly items other than a few plates that are over used and broken down. Example: the kitchen had no spatula or whisk, but 4 cakes servers. The state of kitchen inventory and what’s appropriate for a three bedroom house has not been checked or replenished/organised...

"The property is in a great location the only slight downfall was the afternoon sun made the balcony unusable for a few hours until the sun dropped, maybe some roll down blinds would help. The space was great and having its own pool was great for our older children to use while smaller kids were sleeping. It was also very well equipped for cooking meals big or small but one thing that would have been useful is a vacuum cleaner. All in all very satisfied and would come back again"

There were a couple of minor things, on arrival the villa was sweltering and no instructions on how to set the aircon correctly, some of the supplied beach towels were mouldy, there was no beer on arrival as per the description, and no soap in any of the bathrooms. "We had a wonderful 5 days at Edge 16. The views were just stunning !!! The decor and size of the place was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and the shower great. The Webber BBQ got a workout, as we cooked most nights and did not let us down. We would definitely rent again and would highly recommend to anyone."
