I was traveling as an RN to take care of a patient. Customer service was terrible. Either no one answered the phone upon arrival to White Plains from Ohio or my call was disconnected. I was trying to get the code to enter the property in order to take care of my patient. It took me over an hour to finally reach someone who would give me the code. Then I received an email with another room number after I had been trying to enter the original room with that code I had been given via email. You made check in very hard and difficult. Then during check out. I would get a text with one set of instructions and an email with conflicting instructions. Get your act together. Have someone answer the phones.
