"There was so much dirt on our window sills it wasn’t funny. They advertised a rooftop bar but it wasn’t there. We had to go down from the 3rd floor to the bar on the first floor to get drinks. "Next to the river. Convenient location to downtown and Vienna, WV. Very spacious, but need to upgrade the facility. It is fair and reasonable price for the area. Need coins to use the washer. BBQ ribs next to the facility is fantastic!!"
