We had a crazy schedule with being in town for a race and owner was very flexible about making sure we could get into property and even got up at an insanely early hour to have complimentary breakfast food available. "Perfect location for me because it was quiet and private. This is a unique and beautiful neighborhood bordering BLM forest. This small home has a very comfortable floorplan, beds, seating and great amenities. Loved the kitchen appliances. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. "

"Perfect place to stay on our trip to Nevada City! The space is exactly as described. The birds outside were the cutest neighbors! There are apples and wild blackberries on the property, too. In the morning, you may hear people walking around upstairs. Something to consider if you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in. It was a short walk to town. Be sure to check out the Saturday Farmer's Market if you can! Would definitely consider staying here again. "

"Very impressed with the home. Clean inside and out. Beds.. heavenly. Hot tub was awesome and well needed. We came for a wedding, several had stay in the area. All were so blown away from the home. Quiet neighborhood ...everything a short drive away. Next year ...I definitely will be back. "

"The description of the bungalow was perfect and accurate. We were very comfortable and loved the hot tub, especially after a long day on the golf course. The only glitch was that our code to the door did not work, but Kelly was right there for us and we were able to enter the bungalow in a matter of minutes. Kelly is the perfect host. She talked to us about the golf courses that we were going to play. It was very helpful. We would all stay at the bungalow again without any hesitation."
