"The property is new and modern and a lovely place to stay long or short term. It is worth noting that there is only street parking or paid undercover parking around the corner. There is construction on the building next door and if your room faces the street it can be quite noisy all hours of the night. We did enjoy our stay overall though as the property and facilities are really modern and stunning and the food is very tasty. There is also a more upmarket restaurant in the building in...

"Fantastic stay for a relaxed holliday with daily excursions arround Capetown. We appreciated, the very nice hospitallity, breakfasts and also the house incl. areas for reading, sun tanning at the pool. High comfort beds! Easy to access by car incl. parking. "

"I was never able to enter. The phone number they gave me never answered so was left at night trying to find another place to stay the night. It’s unacceptable that they won’t answer the phone they required you to call. "

"Nice hotel in the center of Cape Town. My room was handicap friendly. I don't know if all rooms agreed so. The room was spacious and nice, but had a strange design flaw as the light in the bathroom only could be controlled from the entrance. No trash can in the bathroom either. Nice abundant breakfast. But loud radio program played in a part of the restaurant. I should just have sat another place, so that was on me. Price was fine and I added late check out for 500 zar. "

"Spacious & clean room in a beautifully restored building. Staff very pleasant & helpful. Breakfast selection was adequate. Dined in the restaurant for dinner which was excellent. Only negative is the location, a bit far away from V&A waterfront & mall out the front of hotel felt a little unsafe at times."

"The unit was very clean and spacious. We were visiting for the marathon so it was great to have our own kitchen. Grocery store was only a 5 min walk away and the shuttle to the race start was only a 2 min walk. Security guards at the entrance to the hotel so safe. You do need to be street smart as soon as you exit the hotel and walking towards the train station area is more prone to cell phone theft and begging. Just be smart. We were able to walk to hop-on-hop-off bus start in 10 mins."
