Hoteller nær Palm Tree Moskeen

"Vi boede på Hotel Mount Nelson på vores bryllupsrejse og havde et helt fantastisk ophold der. Hotellet er renoveret for nylig men holdt i den gamle smukke kolonistil, der er kendetegnende for stedet. De ansatte er virkelig søde og hjælpsomme, servicen er på alle måder i top, værelserne dejlige og maden helt fantastisk. Vi rejser rigtig meget og har boet på mange skønne hoteller rundt om i verden, men dette er klart et af mine yndlingshoteller, som jeg været på før og med sikkerhed vil vende...

"Quiet and comfort! I slept well for the first time in a year. I really liked this hotel. Had a quiet room facing table mountain, a lovely tub (no water restriction at this time) and managed to have a restful night's sleep. Walkable distance to where I needed to be. Breakfast was incredible and chef accommodated my order (half-sized breakfast). Alternative milk options are available. And lovely and accommodating staff. All round a great spot to stay."

"The staff is very accomodating and friendly and making you feeling welcome and “home”. Everybody will feel like a valued guest here! And they have the best roof top restaurant in town with the most amazing view. Just push the button in the elevator and you’ll be there…."

"Doesn't have a free breakfast but you can buy your choice of a number of dishes for 60 South African rand. If you go the pod option, you get a power point behind the backwall of your locker so you can charge stuff while you sleep. Sure someone I guess could climb over you and steal it, but that seems unlikely. In the day (or while you sleep) you have locker at the curtain end of your pod (well beside the left part of your curtain). It works by you swiping your room/bed card and it unlocks...

"Very nice room and hotel. Area ok to walk in, good restaurants nearby. AC didnt quite work as well as we hoped but think maybe it wasnt offered during "summer" months. Only had free breakfast in restaurant - staff friendly but service not great. Had to track down and pour our own coffee 2 out of 3 days"
