"We recently stayed for four nights at the Acqua Beach Hotel in Weymouth and were truly impressed by the outstanding guest service. Mandy and Richard went above and beyond to make us feel at home, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. Although we encountered a minor issue with the water in our initial room, they promptly upgraded us to a more luxurious room and free parking. "Room was lovely . However there was lumps of hair on the carpet where it had not been hoovered . no toilet brush in the room . Black bits on the bed . milk splashes on the wall socket and on the little drew the tea was in . VERY hot in the room and hotel . Lovely coffee from the coffee shop . Bath room lovely and clean nice soap and shower gel . Plenty of towels . Lovely helpful staff . Breakfast was ok . Lift dirty . no beach view we had a brick wall for a view . Hotel setting was beautiful...
