"Host was very responsive at the time off booking and sent clear, helpful instructions on access and what was around the local area, well presented, clean and tidy great location with supermarket, bars and plenty of places to eat, the location is lovely and had everything you would need, No noise issues, Comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. If I am in the area I shall book again if it's available. Many thanks for a great stay, would highly recommend, thanks again."

"A perfectly and cleverly designed little flatlet type holiday apartment. Just what we needed for a two night stay in beautiful York. The location was brilliant and close to restaurants, bars, attractions, but still peaceful and quiet. "Had a wonderful 5 days here. Plenty of space. Fully kitted kitchen to cook meals in. 3 double bedrooms. The dog loved the nature and sat on the decking for hours. Owners on hand if you need them but did not see them otherwise. Highly recommended!"
