I have stayed at The Royal Sonesta several times before (fully booked this time) so I chose Sonesta ES with the expectations of similar standard and service.
But....
Generally it is dated, only one elevator, very noisy aircon, 2 days with no hot water, I have to ask for...

Expected just the regular continental breakfast, that was some of the best breakfast I had. I was sending pics of it to other family members that stayed at other hotels in the area and they were saying I want to come down there. Especially once they found out I didn’t have to pay extra for it like some of them had to for theirs. I...
