"I arrived around 8:45am. I asked if it was possible to check in early. The front desk person said nicely, I’m sorry unfortunately we’re all booked and our rooms still needed to be cleaned. She asked if I could come back around 2pm and she’ll have the first room ready for me. I replied oh no worries, thank you. I returned around 1:45pm and my room was ready for me. I was checked in and I headed to my room. I open the door and was blown away!!! The pictures on the site didn’t do it justice....

"I was very tired and i started to cry "joy tears " at how well i was treated from check in to check out. This is an incredible sanctuary kind of place away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I came to tears also because i graduated from villanova in the 1980's and i didnt even know this gem existed until i happened to find it when looking online to book a spot where i could rest up for a flight scheduled out of phila the next day. "Excellent location and kind accommodating staff!! A few minor updates and repairs needed (broken towel rack, drawer staying open even after being closed, and very slow elevator) but nothing that takes away from convenience of this location, lovely indoor and outdoor gathering spaces and Starbucks in the lobby for morning coffee. Our room did not have a microwave, not sure if that's typical here, we were here for a lacrosse tournament. "
"This is a beautiful property. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The spin bike in the gym was broken, which was disappointing everyone we encountered was cheerful and welcoming. "
"The room was so much more spacious than we expected. It was clean and quiet and the hosts provided some nice staples for their guests. Getting in and out was very easy because of the stellar communication, and we had a very easy walk to the venue we werw going to, as advertised. Very happy with our stay, thank you!"
