"Nice hotel. Only thing is that pool opens a little late at 11.00 pm. Would have been nice if it opened like 8 or 9"

"I asked the young lady if there was a bathtub in our room. She said of course. We unpacked and there was not! The next day they told me only the queen beds have a bathtub. We had a king bed!"

"Upon arrival we were told that our reservation didn’t start until September 23, 2026 even though we had a confirmation from Expedia. The front desk found a room for us but they also charged us again saying that they didn’t work with “third parties “ (meaning Expedia). They said to save the receipt (which we did and send it to Expedia....

"I stay at the Fairfield several times a year for business travel to this location. This time, I had to request a room change. Upon entering the room, there was a strong odor of stale beer and weed. The odor was very strong and began to make me nauseous after about 30 minutes. The front desk attendant was quite apologetic and offered to give me a new room. The second room was much cleaner. I did notice however crumbs on the carpet and a few items of trash in the hallway that remained...

"Complimentary breakfast was as expected. Meaning not very good. Please improve offerings and taste. Coffee tasted very watered down and not strong enough."

"We spent 3+ days with this hotel and found the staff to be helpful, attentive and kind. The outside fire pit went out while I was sitting there and when I told the staff person not to worry, he insisted he would get it to light back up. - gas or propane type. Apparently he learned it had a timer so all fixed. When our tv/ remote wouldn’t work, they got right to figuring out the problem and solution. The room was clean, the beds and pillows comfy and the AC worked well. All kitchen needs were...

"Very nice and clean."

"The hotel was clean and staff was very helpful."

"A little to close to the highway for me but nice staff and close to historic area."

"Unfortunately I would have given them 5 stars until I realized that the bathroom had urine stains on the wall and floor. Otherwise everything was fine. Continental breakfast was delicious, parking was easy and staff were friendly and helpful."

"Wonder establishment- did not think we should have paid for parking."

"Everything was smooth checking in"
