Great service, phenomenal attention to details and great material in the rooms.
The only drew back is the food , which is mediocre at best, but since you are in London, there are more than enough options to dine out.

"We were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We will be back, Thank you"

Nice and central which was fantastic. You could go out, come back for 30 min and go out again, without feeling like you missed any time!
The room was very nice and cozy, albeit a bit small, but I worked great for me and my friend.
The only thing I could comment on, is the facts that it’s very dark in the lobby, you feel like it’s always night."

I was rejected at the spa area because I’m pregnant (19 weeks) they said it was hotel policy but it’s not stated anywhere at all, so I wasn’t welcome at the spa or gym because their insurance didn’t cover.. I chose this specific hotel because they had a spa, as I wanted to relax after hours of shopping, however I was told I couldn’t use any of their facilities (spa and gym facilities) and when I questioned if I couldn’t decide that myself I was very rudely asked “would you really risk your unborn child for a spa?” Which obviously made me feel really uncomfortable and upset as a first time mum going a way with a friend for a weekend of shopping and spa.. When we spoke with the “manager”, there was no understanding or any apology at all. "

I recently had a fantastic stay at St. James Court, A Taj Hotel. The service was excellent and the staff exceptionally attentive, ensuring that every need was met. The hotel’s location is superb, offering easy access to nearby attractions and a vibrant local atmosphere. The only downside was the limited natural daylight in the room, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this minor flaw, the overall experience was overwhelmingly positive. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future."
