"Nice properly with beautiful green natural surroundings. Staff for dining were very slow. Buffet items were finished or cold when we got there and no effort to refill. Lunch only given choice of a la carte while others had buffet with lot of choice.Hans kept refusing any orders we requested as vegetarian including making a sandwich which despite explaining thoroughly he got it wrong. "Lovely setting, lovely staff, very good food, nice views. Pool was not well maintained, and the first floor in the otherwise lovely apartment with seaview that we had, was not cleaned recently. That gave a little too many insects in the room and we decided to stay just one night. It felt like the manager was on holidays, and they were not busy, since we were the only guests in the hotel at the time. Beware 4x4 is adviseable to get the last 2 kilometres from highway to crater rim."
