That gave a little too many insects in the room and we decided to stay just one night. It felt like the manager was on holidays, and they were not busy, since we were the only guests in the hotel at the time. Beware 4x4 is adviseable to get the last 2 kilometres from highway to crater rim."

"Newly refurbished hotel, with quite a few details yet to be properly finished. The toilet flush was not working when I checked in but it was promptly sorted out. Missing air-conditioning. TV only with 2 local channels and wi-fi not working at all. Breakfast is a bit poor.

"Nice properly with beautiful green natural surroundings. Staff for dining were very slow. Buffet items were finished or cold when we got there and no effort to refill. Lunch only given choice of a la carte while others had buffet with lot of choice.Hans kept refusing any orders we requested as vegetarian including making a sandwich which despite explaining thoroughly he got it wrong. "
"Fabulous place just watch out google maps puts it in the wrong place only a little but enough if arriving late in the dark. Service excellent have to arrange for food to be brought in for evening meal but breakfast as good as it gets"
