"Maria at the front desk welcomed us warming upon arrival and was very helpful throughout the stay. Staff warm and pleasant at all times. During daily breakfast lovely woman (I'm sorry I didn't get a name) made sure to let us know if we needed anything that we didn't have at the buffet breakfast. "Reception said they would order a cap to the airport the following day . they forgot it. Nearly missed my flight"

"Friendly staff and clean room. Even though I slept well, the mattresses desperately need updating as they were a bit hard and dented in in the middle. Other than that, the shower worked well, the tv had plenty of channels and it was easy access to my room. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot speak to that."

"It was very quiet. The aesthetics are very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Cool in-room amenitiese such as a t.v. in the mirror which was cool to utilize while bathing. There is a good amount of parking available with easy access to the highway. Its 7 minutes from the Chicago Premium Outlets, 12 minutes from The Fox Valley Mall and nearby several eateries.
